Is the Davies Dental Savings Plan insurance?
No. The DDS Plan is NOT dental insurance—it’s a membership plan that gives you discounted, high-quality dental care without the restrictions and hassle of insurance.
How soon can I use my benefits after enrolling?
Immediately! There are no waiting periods—you can schedule your cleaning, exam, or treatment right away.
Can I use this plan if I already have dental insurance?
No. The DDS Plan cannot be used in combination with any dental insurance or another discount plan. If you have dental insurance coverage, you will not be eligible for this plan.
Does this plan cover my whole family?
Each membership covers one individual. However, you can enroll multiple family members, and you’ll receive a 5% discount for each additional plan purchased.
Are there any services this plan doesn’t cover?
The DDS Plan only applies to treatments provided at Davies Dental. It does not cover:
- Services from specialists outside our office (e.g., orthodontists, periodontists).
- Nitrous oxide or oral conscious sedation.
- Retail products (e.g., toothbrushes, whitening kits).
- Any treatment started before enrolling in the plan.
What happens if I need to finance my treatment?
If you choose to finance your treatment through a third-party lender, your treatment discount is reduced by 5% due to merchant fees.
Can I get a refund if I don’t use my benefits?
No. Membership fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds for:
- Unused benefits.
- Relocating or moving.
- Obtaining dental insurance after enrolling.
How long does my membership last?
Your membership is valid for 12 months from your sign-up date. You will need to renew your plan each year to continue receiving discounts and benefits.
Can my membership be canceled?
Yes. Davies Dental reserves the right to cancel your membership for the following reasons:
- Two missed appointments or cancellations without 24-hour notice.
- Failure to pay at the time of service (unless payment arrangements are made).
